Call us

The fastest way to reach an electrician in Yachats is the phone. Have the address, the symptom, and roughly when it started to hand. If you are not sure which kind of job it is, the electrical services list is a good place to start, and how we work through a job explains what happens after the call.

What to have ready

  • The property address, and whether it is a home, business or rental
  • What the symptom is and when it happens
  • Whether anything has recently been added, changed or worked on
  • Whether any part of the property has lost power

If there is an active fire, smoke, or immediate danger to people or property, leave the area and contact emergency services. Do not wait for an electrician.

Sending project details

The enquiry form is not switched on yet, so the honest answer is that the phone is the only channel that reaches us. Call (541) 243-1630 and describe the work; if it is easier to send photographs of a panel, an outlet or a fitting, ask on the call and we will tell you where to send them.

Before you call: three things worth checking

None of this replaces an electrician, and none of it involves opening anything up. It just saves time on the call.

Is it one circuit or the whole property? If several rooms are dead but others are fine, that points somewhere different from a single dead socket.

Has a GFCI tripped? Kitchens, bathrooms, garages and outdoor circuits are often protected by one GFCI device feeding several outlets. If a GFCI keeps tripping immediately after being reset, stop resetting it and call.

Does anything smell hot, look scorched or feel warm? If so, stop using that circuit and say so at the start of the call — it belongs with the emergency electrical symptoms rather than in the diary for next week.

What an enquiry does and does not commit either side to is set out in the terms and conditions.
